The only thing that is interesting to watch is the "Neerja" debutant Parsi actor- Jim Sarbh who plays the villainous role with quirkiness and unusual mannerisms, with a Hindi-European accent, but towards the end even his performance fizzles out and is also over the top in stupidity.
