This is by far the best work Priyanka Chopra has done so far. Her role as a caring mother, is strong and assertive, that only seeks what is best for her family, and especially for her ailing daughter. She deserves a nomination this year. Even Farhan Akhtar, plays his role as the father in a subdued manner. But showing his character as supporting and emotional was real and natural.
The concept, and the special effects are great, but the story gets a bit preachy, about self identity, and what is the purpose of one's life. Despite that, the action is great, and Will Smith appears smooth and natural in his performance. This Ang Lee film does falter in the narrative, but overall the film entertains.
